My approach to therapy blends traditional psychotherapy with innovative mind-body techniques designed to integrate the emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual dimensions of the individual.  This is done by peeling away the layers of negative behaviors and patterns developed in our youth to help us "survive" or to cope with difficult and often no-win situations.

While many of our negative traits served us well when we were young, as adults they keep us stuck and often miserable. The focus of therapy is for the individual to achieve authenticity and wholeness and to move from a state of surviving to a state of thriving.
